Since I've been having trouble with dairy lately, these yummy Udi's pizza crusts have been languishing in my freezer.
Until today, that is.
I give you (drumroll, please.....) pizza pita!
Sprinkled with garlic and olive oil, baked at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, and then dipped in hummus. Yummy.
Also - Sabra hummus is gluten free!
I went to the store all bleary-headed from my sinus infection (First one I've ever had in my life. They are BLECH.) and read the back label for five minutes before I thought to look at the front.
This made for an easy, tasty lunch with plenty of protein to go around. The hummus is also yummy with vegetable dippers like green peppers or carrots.
