My sister, brother-in-law, and two adorable and amazing little nieces are coming to visit tomorrow. I can't wait.
So I'll be cooking and eating completely gluten free with four wonderful folks for the next few days. I'm excited to share what I eat with family. It's a great challenge, and I know they'll give me honest feedback on how stuff tastes, since they're all "normal" eaters.
Also, little Aleah is a bit picky...
...albeit ridiculously cute, so she'll be even more of a challenge. I'm stocking up on gf macaroni and cheese, fish sticks ("fish kicks," she calls them), blueberries, and pancake mix so that I can win her over. I don't want to be "Aunt Courtney with the Icky Food," especially since her Aunt Caroline bakes huge, artistic princess cakes.
I'll let you know how it all goes...
