But to tide you over... for those of you who live near Milwaukee, I present Stack'd Burger Bar.

Gourmet burgers, hand-cut fries, delicious drinks, and gluten free friendly!
My server was knowledgable and helpful, assuring me that all gluten free items were prepared completely separately, and that there was a dedicated gf fryer for any gluten free fries.
How was the burger, you ask?
DeLISH. Especially with the added ripe avocado! I love avocado on my burgers.
I finished off the meal with a Sprecher's Cherry Cola which quickly became, I must say, a new favorite. They are made with real cherry juice, and you can taste the sweet-tartness of those yummy fruits.

And yes, I know, pregnant women are supposed to limit caffeine intake. But let me remind you that it was one cherry cola. Caffeine is supposed to be limited to 200mg or less per day. This had less than 50mg. All is well. No lectures, please.
I've had a lot of church business over in Milwaukee this summer, which means lots of driving for me. I don't mind the drive, but it does make for some very full weeks. As a reward for all the back-and-forth, I've begun scoping out new tasty gf restaurants in the area. Nothing hits the spot after a long meeting like some new gf food, and Milwaukee is FULL of great, independent gf spots.
Have you been to Stack'd? What's your favorite restaurant these days?
