Thanks for the shout out! I try to bake four mini loaves once a month and freeze the extras. If I am not at church with a loaf, we use Ener-G communion wafers.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great recipe! Baking ahead and freezing is a great idea. How long do loaves last frozen? We only celebrate the Lord's Supper once per month at my church, so it would need to last for quite awhile!
