Gluten Free Egg Rolls!

I am an occasional visitor to a local Celiac & Gluten Intolerance support group. If you are a gf-eater for one reason or another, I highly recommend visiting one of these, or at least getting yourself on their mailing list. It's a great way to find out about new products, local restaurants, and dietary news updates.

When I can make it to a meeting (not often, as they're usually on Wednesdays, which is church night!), I am also treated to lots of tasty and safe snacks, which is always a bonus.

A recent newsletter let me know that our local grocer was carrying a new and über exciting product - gluten free egg rolls!

I love egg rolls. Love them. I would eat them every day if I could. So I couldn't wait to get over to the store to grab a box of these.

Feel Good Foods Chicken Egg Rolls! Just under $5 a box, for three. A bit steep, but comparable to buying them at a restaurant.

How were they?

YUM!!!!

We will definitely be buying these again. At 130 calories each, they are more of an appetizer than a meal, but they'll be a great addition to our occasional stir fry dinners. They are also GMO-free, so you can feel good about eating them!

I can't wait to try some of the other Feel Good Foods products, like their veggie egg rolls and their chicken dumplings. I have a feeling we'll be eating Asian food a lot more over at our house!

Do you have a favorite new product? Have you tried these egg rolls?
