I used to be a huge flour-tortilla fan. Now, for obvious reasons, I am no longer this type of girl.
My husband, true to his SoCal roots, loves tacos, so we make them a lot. And now we make them on corn tortillas, of which Mission is one of our favorite brands. They're available at most chain grocery stores, they're delicious, and they're 100% gluten free.
Their chips are tasty and safe, too. All sizes and shapes.
Good to know! Riffs food truck just asked me for a recommendation for corn tortillas for their tacos. I hope I can find these here!
